Carlow County Development Partnership (CCDP) has commissioned a short survey to better understand the lived experiences of disabled people, as well as those who care for or support them. The findings will be used directly by CCDP to help shape local services and supports.

Who should take part?

• Disabled people living in Carlow town or county
• Family members or carers of disabled people in Carlow
• Anyone who currently accesses disability-related services in the area

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. The more voices we hear from, the better CCDP can respond to real needs in our community.
