HSE QUIT services provide people with free access to support and free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), which offer people the best chances of quitting for good. The QUIT service provides personalised, evidence-based plans, tailored to your needs, using any combination of the support options.

• Free one to one behavioural support with a trained stop smoking adviser
• Free Carbon Monoxide Testing
• Free Nicotine replacement therapy
• Follow up appointments for one full year
