Dear parent/caregiver,
The Carlow Children and Young Person’s Services Committee would be very grateful if you could give permission for your young person to fill out our survey. We would be very grateful if you could fill in the parents survey also.
Hopefully it will only take a short time to fill out.
We want to know as much as we can about life for you and your family. This will help us to write Carlow’s Children and Young People’s Plan 2025-2027. The plan will be used by the Children and Young People’s Services Committee to try create projects in response to issues that you identify.
We will not be asking for any personal information and any information gathered will be kept for the duration of the 3 year plan and then disposed of in accordance with GDPR practices.
