Bagenalstown Family Resource Centre are delighted to share “Let’s Talk”, a short film exploring menstruation, menopause, and everything in between with warmth, humour, and dignity. Through promoting conversations between women about periods and menopause, the film breaks taboos while highlighting empathy, resilience, and shared experience across generations.
Created as an accessible resource, the project aims to normalise conversations around reproductive health, empower women and girls, and promote understanding and dignity across all age groups. By using the film it offers a creative and inclusive way to approach sensitive topics, encouraging open, judgment-free dialogue while protecting privacy and appealing to diverse audiences.
