Feel Good Crew – is starting on Tuesday 20th January from 3.15pm – 4.45pm for 6 weeks.

Location: Fruithill Community House, 40 Fruithill Manor Graiguecullen.

Suitable for ages: 10 – 12 years.

Activities will include cooking nutritious food, practicing mindfulness and relaxation as well as going for outdoor walks and crafting. €2 per session.
