‘Meet the Orchestra’ is an interactive fun-filled concert for children with music from ‘Peter and the Wolf’ Prokofiev with narration and ‘Carnival of the Animals’ Saint Saens imagining the scenes that the different instruments evoke. Clap and stomp along to music from Star Wars to Radetzky March and even get a chance to be ‘a conductor’.
The event is aimed at primary school and first year secondary school students but open to all who wish to attend.
