For Parents & Carers
- Free drop in parenting advice service Monday to Friday
- Group Parenting Programmes including themes such as Early Years, Routines, Communication and Relationships, Children & Young People’s Behaviours, Adolescence, Parenting when Separated, Health and Wellbeing.
- Partnership with Parents: Individual Parenting Programme
- Tailored and flexible individual parenting support
- Support with parent child relationships
- Mother support & wellbeing group
- NVR( Non-Violent Resistance) offers support for parents/carers who experience challenging or controlling behaviours from their children
For Children & Young People
- Individual Therapeutic Support – promoting resilience and well-being for children who experience low self-esteem, difficulty making friends, emotional or behavioural issues or who may be experiencing problems at home or school
- This is Me Programme – Individual therapeutic support for children aged 6-12 years who have experienced or are experiencing trauma and who difficulties present through anxiety, aggression and or an inability to express emotions verbally. This programme uses a whole child approach of My Body, My Heart, My Interests and My Mind.
- Just Right State Programme – To enable children become more emotionally aware of themselves and other and achieve the “Just Right State” whether to engage in academic learning, interacting with peers or be able to get a good nights sleep. To enable parents to provide an enriched environment within the home that facilitates the capacity to self-regulate. Parents learn the developmental and attachment principles behind their children’s activities
- TLC Kids Programme: Individual and group work support for children and young people (5-18 years) who have experienced domestic abuse and a separate group for mothers.
